Asian Style Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients (2 servings)
- ½ small red bell pepper (diced)
- ½ small yellow bell pepper (diced)
- ½ small orange bell pepper (diced)
- ½ small green bell pepper (diced)
- 1 small zucchini (sliced)
- 1 small yellow squash (sliced)
- 3 stalks scallions (ends trimmed)
- 4 tbsp of Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
- 1 tbsp oil

Instructions (10-15 minutes)
- Cut all peppers into 1 inch dice.
- Slice zucchini and squash.
- Trim ends of scallions.
- Brush oil on vegetables.
- Grill vegetables until done.
- Toss with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce.
