Asian Style Grilled Vegetables
  • Ingredients (2 servings)

    • ½ small red bell pepper (diced) 
    • ½ small yellow bell pepper (diced) 
    • ½ small orange bell pepper (diced) 
    • ½ small green bell pepper (diced) 
    • 1 small zucchini (sliced) 
    • 1 small yellow squash (sliced)
    • 3 stalks scallions (ends trimmed) 
    • 4 tbsp of Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
    • 1 tbsp oil
  • Instructions (10-15 minutes)

    1. Cut all peppers into 1 inch dice.
    2. Slice zucchini and squash. 
    3. Trim ends of scallions. 
    4. Brush oil on vegetables.
    5. Grill vegetables until done.
    6. Toss with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce.
