Asian Tofu Salad

Asian Tofu Salad
  • Ingredients (2 servings)

    • 12 oz. soft (silken) tofu
    • 1 stick carrot (julienned) 
    • 1 stalk scallion (diced) 
    • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
    • 1 cup leafy greens
    • 2 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
  • Instructions (10 minutes)

    1. Julienne carrot.
    2. Cut scallion into 1/8 inch dice.
    3. Cut tofu into 1" cubes and place in a colander for 15 minutes to drain water.
    4. Place leafy greens into salad bowl.
    5. Place tofu on leafy greens.
    6. Sprinkle with carrots and scallions.
    7. Drizzle Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce on tofu.
    8. Top off with sesame seeds.
