Asian Tofu Salad

Ingredients (2 servings)
- 12 oz. soft (silken) tofu
- 1 stick carrot (julienned)
- 1 stalk scallion (diced)
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 cup leafy greens
- 2 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce

Instructions (10 minutes)
- Julienne carrot.
- Cut scallion into 1/8 inch dice.
- Cut tofu into 1" cubes and place in a colander for 15 minutes to drain water.
- Place leafy greens into salad bowl.
- Place tofu on leafy greens.
- Sprinkle with carrots and scallions.
- Drizzle Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce on tofu.
- Top off with sesame seeds.
