Beef and Broccoli
  • Ingredients (2 servings)

    * You can substitute flank steak with chicken, shrimp, scallops or vegetables.

  • Instructions (15 minutes)

    1. Cut flank steak into thin strips and remove excess water.
    2. Cut broccoli into florets.
    3. Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 20 seconds.
    4. Marinate beef with cornstarch and 1 tbsp oil.
    5. Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F).
    6. Add flank steak and stir fry until desired doneness.
    7. Add broccoli and Asian Menu™ Classic Stir-Fry Sauce or Sesame Garlic Sauce.
    8. Stir fry for approximately 30 seconds.
