Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients (2 servings)
- ½ lb flank steak (sliced) *
- 1 cup of broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Classic Stir-Fry Sauce or Sesame Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp corn starch
* You can substitute flank steak with chicken, shrimp, scallops or vegetables.

Instructions (15 minutes)
- Cut flank steak into thin strips and remove excess water.
- Cut broccoli into florets.
- Blanch broccoli florets in boiling water for 20 seconds.
- Marinate beef with cornstarch and 1 tbsp oil.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F).
- Add flank steak and stir fry until desired doneness.
- Add broccoli and Asian Menu™ Classic Stir-Fry Sauce or Sesame Garlic Sauce.
- Stir fry for approximately 30 seconds.
