Beef Lo Mein

Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1 lb cooked noodle (or pasta)
- 6 oz flank steak (sliced) *
- 4 oz snow peas (trimmed)
- ½ small red bell pepper (julienned)
- 1 stick carrot (julienned)
- 1 stalk celery (sliced)
- 1 medium onion (wedged)
- 1 stalk scallion (diced)
- 4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Classic Stir-Fry Sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp oil
* You can substitute flank steak with chicken, pork, seafood, and vegetables.

Instructions (20 minutes)
- Cut flank steak against the grain and into thin strips. Remove excess water.
- Cut the ends of the snow peas and peel away the string.
- Slice red bell pepper, carrot and celery into thin strips.
- Cut onion into wedges.
- Cut scallion into 1/8 inch dice.
- Boil noodle until just done, rinse in cold water, then set aside.
- Blanch snow peas, red peppers, carrots, celery and onions in boiling water for 10 seconds.
- Heat oil in wok or skillet at high heat (approx. 400°F).
- Stir fry steak until desired doneness.
- Add vegetables, noodle and Asian Menu™ Classic Stir-Fry Sauce.
- Toss until noodle is hot and sauce fully coats each ingredient.
