Beef Satay

Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1 lb flank steak (sliced)
- 4 stalks scallion (1 inch segments)
- 6 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
- Skewers

Instructions (20 minutes)
- Slice flank steak ¼ inch thick and 3 inches in length against the grain.
- Marinate with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce for 30 minutes.
- Cut scallions 1 inch in length.
- Skewer 2 pieces of scallion and 3 pieces of beef together (use scallion to separate the beef).
- Grill skewered beef on each side for approx. 2 - 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
