Beef Satay
  • Ingredients (2 servings)

    • 1 lb flank steak (sliced) 
    • 4 stalks scallion (1 inch segments)
    • 6 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
    • Skewers
  • Instructions (20 minutes)

    1. Slice flank steak ¼ inch thick and 3 inches in length against the grain.
    2. Marinate with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce for 30 minutes.
    3. Cut scallions 1 inch in length.
    4. Skewer 2 pieces of scallion and 3 pieces of beef together (use scallion to separate the beef).
    5. Grill skewered beef on each side for approx. 2 - 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
