Broiled Sesame Garlic Salmon

Ingredients (2 servings)
- 12 oz skinless salmon fillet *
- 1 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Cooked rice (brown or white)
* You can substitute the salmon fillet with chicken, beef or pork.

Instructions (15-20 minutes)
- Cut salmon into 6 oz portions.
- Pan sear salmon until desired doneness.
- Arrange salmon over a bed of rice.
- Drizzle 1 tbsp of Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce over salmon.
- Top with toasted sesame seeds
