Bulgogi Beef

 

  • Ingredients (4 servings)

    • 12 to 16 oz thinly sliced flank steak
    • 1/2 cup Bulgogi Sauce
    • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    • 1/4 tsp white sesame seeds
    • 1 stalk chopped scallion
  • Instructions (40 minute - 24 hour marinade)

    1. Marinate beef in Asian Menu™ Bulgogi Sauce for 30 minutes or overnight. 
    2. Heat oil in pan until hot.
    3. Add beef and sear 30-45 seconds per side.
    4. Top off with sesame seeds and chopped scallion.
    5. Serve over rice.
