Bulgogi Beef

Ingredients (4 servings)
- 12 to 16 oz thinly sliced flank steak
- 1/2 cup Bulgogi Sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 stalk chopped scallion

Instructions (40 minute - 24 hour marinade)
- Marinate beef in Asian Menu™ Bulgogi Sauce for 30 minutes or overnight.
- Heat oil in pan until hot.
- Add beef and sear 30-45 seconds per side.
- Top off with sesame seeds and chopped scallion.
- Serve over rice.
