Chinese Roast Pork (Char Siu)
  • Ingredients (8 servings)

    * You can substitute the pork loin with chicken, spare ribs or beef. 

  • Instructions (2-24 hour marination, 15 minute cooking time)

    1. Boil tenderloin in water until fully cooked.
    2. Marinate cooked tenderloin with Asian Menu™ Hoisin Teriyaki Sauce in a plastic bag for approximately 2 hours or overnight for a deep rich flavor.
    3. Barbeque or grill tenderloin at medium heat until edges are brown.
    4. Brush on additional sauce for a richer flavor.
