Chinese Roast Pork (Char Siu)

Ingredients (8 servings)
- 2 lb tenderloin *
- ¾ cup Asian Menu™ Hoisin Teriyaki Sauce
* You can substitute the pork loin with chicken, spare ribs or beef.

Instructions (2-24 hour marination, 15 minute cooking time)
- Boil tenderloin in water until fully cooked.
- Marinate cooked tenderloin with Asian Menu™ Hoisin Teriyaki Sauce in a plastic bag for approximately 2 hours or overnight for a deep rich flavor.
- Barbeque or grill tenderloin at medium heat until edges are brown.
- Brush on additional sauce for a richer flavor.
