Cold Sesame Noodle

Ingredients (4 servings)
- 1 lb cooked noodle (or pasta)
- 1 carrot (shredded)
- 1 stalk scallion (diced)
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce

Instructions (15 minutes)
- Shred carrot into matchsticks.
- Cut scallion into 1/8 inch dice.
- Boil pasta or noodle until just done.
- Drain and cool down pasta or noodle with cold water.
- Toss pasta or noodle, carrots and scallions with Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce.
- Top off with sesame seeds.
