Crispy Orange Chicken
  • Ingredients (1 serving)

    • ½ lb chicken thigh or breast meat (cubed) *
    • ½ cup of your favorite batter
    • 2 cups oil for deep frying
    • 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce

    * Pre-battered/breaded chicken chunks can also be used. You can also substitute the chicken with beef, pork, shrimp, fish fillet or vegetables. 

  • Instructions (25 minutes)

    1. Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
    2. Remove excess water from chicken.
    3. Coat chicken with batter.
    4. Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
    5. Deep fry chicken until fully cooked and golden brown, then remove from oil and set aside.
    6. Heat Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce in a skillet or wok.
    7. Add chicken and toss until sauce fully coats chicken.
