Crispy Orange Chicken

Ingredients (1 serving)
- ½ lb chicken thigh or breast meat (cubed) *
- ½ cup of your favorite batter
- 2 cups oil for deep frying
- 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce
* Pre-battered/breaded chicken chunks can also be used. You can also substitute the chicken with beef, pork, shrimp, fish fillet or vegetables.

Instructions (25 minutes)
- Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes.
- Remove excess water from chicken.
- Coat chicken with batter.
- Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
- Deep fry chicken until fully cooked and golden brown, then remove from oil and set aside.
- Heat Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce in a skillet or wok.
- Add chicken and toss until sauce fully coats chicken.
