Firecracker Calamari

Ingredients (2 servings)
- 5 oz. calamari
- 1 oz. Asian Menu™ General Tso’s Sauce
- 1/8 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1/8 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp wasabi powder
- Tempura batter

Instructions (15-20 minutes)
- Dust calamari with tempura batter until sticky.
- Dust calamari again until no longer sticking together.
- Deep fry calamari until golden brown.
- Toss in a bowl with 1 oz Asian Menu™ General Tso’s Sauce then plate up.
- Mix wasabi powder with 1 tbsp water and drizzle over calamari 6. Top off with sesame seeds.
