Firecracker Calamari
  • Ingredients (2 servings)

    • 5 oz. calamari  
    • 1 oz. Asian Menu™ General Tso’s Sauce
    • 1/8 tsp black sesame seeds 
    • 1/8 tsp white sesame seeds 
    • 1 tsp wasabi powder 
    • Tempura batter 
  • Instructions (15-20 minutes)

    1. Dust calamari with tempura batter until sticky. 
    2. Dust calamari again until no longer sticking together.
    3. Deep fry calamari until golden brown.  
    4. Toss in a bowl with 1 oz Asian Menu™ General Tso’s Sauce then plate up.
    5. Mix wasabi powder with 1 tbsp water and drizzle over calamari 6. Top off with sesame seeds.
