General Tso's Chicken

Ingredients (2 servings)
- ½ lb chicken thigh or breast meat (1 inch cube) *
- ½ cup of your favorite batter
- 3 tbsp Asian Menu™ General Tso's Sauce
- 2 cup oil for deep frying
* Pre-battered/breaded chicken chunks can also be used. You can substitute the chicken with beef, pork, shrimp or vegetables.

Instructions (20 minutes)
- Cut chicken into small cubes.
- Remove excess water from chicken.
- Coat chicken with batter.
- Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
- Deep fry chicken until golden brown then remove from oil and set aside.
- Heat Asian Menu™ General Tso's Sauce in a skillet or wok.
- Add chicken and toss until sauce fully coats chicken.
