Pepper Steak

Ingredients (2 servings)
- ½ lb flank steak (sliced)
- ½ small red bell pepper (julienned)
- ½ small green bell pepper (julienned)
- ½ small onion (julienned)
- 4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
- 1 ½ tbsp oil

Instructions (15 minutes)
- Cut flank steak into thin strips and remove excess water.
- Cut onions and peppers into strips.
- Heat ½ tbsp oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F).
- Stir fry onions and peppers until slightly soft and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F). Stir fry beef until desired doneness.
- Return peppers and onions to wok or skillet and add Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce.
- Stir fry for 30 seconds.
