Pepper Steak

Pepper Steak
  • Ingredients (2 servings)

    • ½ lb flank steak (sliced) 
    • ½ small red bell pepper (julienned) 
    • ½ small green bell pepper (julienned) 
    • ½ small onion (julienned)
    • 4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce 
    • 1 ½ tbsp oil
  • Instructions (15 minutes)

    1. Cut flank steak into thin strips and remove excess water.
    2. Cut onions and peppers into strips.
    3. Heat ½ tbsp oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F).
    4. Stir fry onions and peppers until slightly soft and set aside.
    5. Heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F). Stir fry beef until desired doneness.
    6. Return peppers and onions to wok or skillet and add Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce.
    7. Stir fry for 30 seconds.
