Sesame Encrusted Tuna

Ingredients (1 serving)
- 2 oz yellow fin tuna saku block
- ½ oz Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
- ½ oz Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce
- 1 ½ oz heavy cream
- Spring mix salad greens
- Mandarin orange segments.
- Black sesame seeds
- White sesame seeds

Instructions (15 minutes)
- Cut tuna into 1”x1”x 1.5” then blot excess water with paper towel.
- Roll in black & white sesame seed blend (25% black, 75% white).
- Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in pan to 300°F the sear each side of the tuna to brown the sesame seeds (no more than 20 seconds).
- Use a sharp knife and slice into 3 pieces then skewer with flat bamboo skewer.
- Serve on salad greens with mandarin orange segments.

- Salad dressing – ½ oz Asian Menu™ Orange Ginger Sauce, 1 oz heavy cream.
