Spicy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients (4 servings)
- ½ lb chicken breast (thinly sliced)
- 1 stalk scallion (diced)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 lb cooked pasta (or noodle)
- 6 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce
- 1 tbsp oil

Instructions (20 minutes)
- Cut chicken into thin slices.
- Cut scallion into 1/8 inch dice.
- Boil pasta or noodle until done.
- Drain pasta or noodle, rinse with cold water, then set aside.
- Heat oil in wok or skillet over high heat until hot (approx. 400°F).
- Add chicken and stir fry until done.
- Add pasta (or noodle), carrots, scallions and Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce. Then stir fry until hot.
- Top off with sesame seeds.
