Sweet and Sour Pork

Sweet and Sour Pork
  • Ingredients (2 servings)

    • ½ lb pork (cubed) *
    • ¼ cup your favorite crispy batter
    • 4 tbsp Asian Menu™ Sweet & Sour Sauce 
    • 2 cups oil 

    * You can substitute the pork with beef, chicken, shrimp, scallops or vegetables.

  • Instructions (25 minutes)

    1. Cut pork into small cubes.
    2. Remove excess water from pork.
    3. Coat pork with batter.
    4. Heat oil in fryer over high heat until hot (approx. 350°F).
    5. Deep fry pork until fully cooked, then remove from oil and set aside. 
    6. Heat Asian Menu™ Sweet and Sour Sauce in skillet or wok until bubbly hot.
    7. Mix in fried pork and toss until sauce fully coats all pieces.
