Ingredients (1 serving)
- 2 oz. yellow fin tuna
- 5 pc. blue corn chips
- 1 stalk scallion
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp wasabi powder
- 1 tsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce

Instructions (15 minutes)
- Place 4 pieces of corn chip on plate.
- Chop or cut tuna into very thin slices then place on corn chip.
- Drizzle ¼ tsp Asian Menu™ Sesame Garlic Sauce over each portion of tuna.
- Cut 4 thin pieces of scallion on a bias then place on tuna.
- Sprinkle black and white sesame seeds.
- Mix 1 tsp wasabi powder with 1 tsp water the drizzle one drop on tuna.
